~I enjoy finding beauty in unusual places and things. Whether hiking in the woods, shopping in hardware, music & antique stores, or digging through my old collections of random things, I am always inspired to try putting new & unexpected things together. Even as a child, I've always loved to tear apart old necklaces, bracelets and earrings to rearrange them with new findings, turning them into my own creations. Old buttons, religious pendants, washers,bike parts and fabric flowers are some of my favorite things to incorporate into my designs. I love to design jewelry based on the healing properties of the stones and metals that I use. Throw in some pearls, semi-precious stones and vintage pendants, cameos & crystals and you have some really unusual wearable art. I also love recycling old suitcases, frames and other unusual objects to create fun, alternative jewelry displays and holders, both for my own personal use and to sell. I believe that the jewelry I make and the displays that I hang it on should compliment each other and reflect my company's unique style. ~
